JX Advanced Metals Corporation (President: Hayashi Yoichi, hereinafter "JX Advanced Metals") and TATSUTA Electric Wire and Cable Co., Ltd. (President: Iida Kazuhiko, hereinafter "TATSUTA") announce that, effective October 1, they will implement organizational restructuring measures to promote their business and technology strategies in a more integrated manner.

　

At JX Advanced Metals, a new TATSUTA Liaison Office will be established in the Technology Strategy Department of the Technology Division. At TATSUTA, a new Technology Strategy Department will be established in the Strategy Division. By having these organizations engage in close collaboration and maximizing the use of both companies' management resources, JX Advanced Metals and TATSUTA will work quickly and flexibly to formulate business and technology strategies together, share information on markets, customers, and technologies, enhance the competitiveness of existing businesses, and explore and commercialize joint business opportunities.

　

In particular, the companies will aim to maximize group synergies in growth areas, including packaging materials-related businesses and markets associated with AI and data centers.
